10 Ideas for Teachers or Parents to Relax

Self-care looks different for everyone.
Here are a few of my favorite ideas on how you can take care of yourself:
- Take a long hot bath
- Read a good book
- Have an impromptu movie night
- Put away the computer
- Go to bed early!
- Buy yourself a treat that you don’t have to make
- Spend time with friends
- Listen to music
- Go on a hike
- Practice mindful breathing
