Self-care looks different for everyone.

Here are a few of my favorite ideas on how you can take care of yourself:

  • Take a long hot bath
  • Read a good book
  • Have an impromptu movie night
  • Put away the computer
  • Go to bed early!
  • Buy yourself a treat that you don’t have to make
  • Spend time with friends
  • Listen to music
  • Go on a hike
  • Practice mindful breathing
